Robbery of Rs one lakh in Gole Market

More than Rs 1 lakh,  with other valuables, were stolen from an old woman in posh Gole Market area on Wednesday. The senior citizen, a resident of Arya Nagar, was waiting for her NRI son had parked the car infront of Kaleva Sweets. A man then told her that some money was lying on the road. When she opened the door, another person stolen her purse that had 2,000 Canadian Dollars, Rs 3,000 and a mobile phone.
