Rita having therapy to cope with panic attacks

Singer Rita Ora is taking therapy sessions almost every week to deal with crippling anxiety issues brought on by a childhood fear of dying.

The 24-year-old Body On Me singer said that she is seeking help to deal with her anxiety issues and
overcome her biggest phobia, reported the Daily Mirror.

“Death is my biggest phobia. I used to have panic attacks when I was little, saying, ‘Mum, I don’t want to die.’ I’ve been to therapy and still try to go every week,” she said.
Ora has previously described how a panic attack in 2013 completely changed her outlook towards life.

“It scared me. I started to value things, see things differently. This world can really eat you up and you can forget who you are.”
