Record haul at World Police and Fire Games

India has displayed an impressive performance at the ongoing World Police and Fire Games here, bagging more than 100 medals, including 63 golds, for the first time in the biennial athletic event.
The 50-member Indian contingent has won 111 medals: 63 golds, 31 silver and 17 bronze. With two days still left for the games that began on June 26, India is expected to cross the 130 mark, said <g data-gr-id="9">Pardeep</g> Bhardwaj, who is leading the team.Â
Bhardwaj said the Indian contingent has won 31 medals, including 19 golds, in track and field events and 26 in swimming among others.Â
