Rajarhat to evolve into financial hub

If things go as per planned New Town Rajarhat will soon evolve into a financial hub. Several nationalized banks and the newly set up Bandhan Bank as well as foreign banks have all purchased plots in the area which will pretty soon turn into a hub, chairman of West Bengal Housing  and Infrastructure 

Development Corporation ( WBHIDCO)  Debasis Sen said. With the infrastructure of the area improving, the banks and financial institutions have shown keen interest to set up their banks in the area. With improvement in infrastructure, more and more people are coming to stay in the newly constructed apartments or housing complexes.
