Priyanka to join Bajirao Mastani shooting

Priyanka Chopra has wrapped up the shoot of Prakash Jha’s Gangaajal 2 and will start shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani from on Wednesday.

The 32-year-old actor, who was shooting for Jha’s police-drama since past one month is back in the town and took to Twitter to break the news.

“Back in Mumbai!! The feeling of completing a film is always the same! Bitter sweet.. #Gangaajal2 too much fun! Back to #BajiraoMastani tomorrow,” she wrote.

The Mary Kom actor is playing the role of Bajirao’s first wife Kashibai in the film.

Actor Ranveer Singh who has previously worked with Bhansali in Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela will play the Peshwa ruler Bajirao and actor Deepika Padukone will be seen in the role of Mastani.
