Pratyusha case: HC grants Rahul interim protection from arrest till Apr 18
The Bombay High Court on Tuesday granted interim protection from arrest till April 18 to actor-producer Rahul Raj Singh, who has been booked for abetting the suicide of his girlfriend and TV star Pratyusha Banerjee.
Justice Mridula Bhatkar also directed Rahul to appear before Bangurnagar police station in suburban Goregaon from tomorrow onwards till April 18 between 11 am to 1 pm. The judge also directed that in case Rahul is arrested, he should be released on a bond of Rs 30,000.
The court was hearing the anticipatory bail application filed by Rahul.
