Popularity of Modi matter of concern for opposition parties: BJP

‘The growing popularity of Modi wave is a matter of concern for opposition parties, and they are frightened ahead of Parliamentary elections. Congress and their coalition parties are targeting Modi on false propaganda, and circulating baseless news just to tarnish his image. They are altering the statements of BJP’s prime ministerial candidate to misguide people. People who want to see this country as powerful and self-reliant are attracting towards BJP. In this time of utter confusion and uncertainty, BJP seems to be silver lining in the darkest cloud.’

BJP national secretary and former minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said at the press conference on Monday. On the behest of central government, CBI is targeting Modi on several cases. The misuse of reputable agency on the flimsy issues is not tolerable to any sensitive citizen of the country.

He added that more than five months have passed since natural calamity played havoc with the lives and property of the state, and still normalcy have not been regained, albeit tall claims by the ruling
Congress government in the state.
