Platform to nurture talent

A live painting competition of around 40 artists was also held on January 17 and 18. Padamshri S V Rama Rao, artist and art educator Qazi M Raghib, art director and art critic along with Anil Kumar Kohli, artist were the jury members to honor the event and selected the top three contenders for awards. The award ceremony will be held on January 24.
Talking about Uchaan, it intends to provide the best of the environment and platform to all the artist fraternity and exhibit their artworks for the public viewing at large, by moving out of the conventional gallery display and bring in the new age innovative open display of artworks in hotels, malls, office complexes, public places etc and bring the artworks to the mass.
Uchaan in pursuance of its social initiative is supporting very talented artist Neelesh Ganesh who is autistic with high functioning disorder. He believes in expressing himself with power of artworks. Art from the heart is credo of his life. Forum of Indian Photographers & Artists is a non Profit making organisation promoting all branches of photography, performing arts and film making. It has successfully held several workshops and camps all over India.
