Paul, Fergie, Jon team up for charity song
Love Song to the Earth, a charity song featuring renowned musicians Paul McCartney, Stacy Ferguson aka Fergie and Jon Bon Jovi among others, has been released. The number has been recorded to support United Nations Foundation and raise awareness of climate change. The charity song was released on September 4, ahead of the UN climate conference, which will be attended by world leaders in December.
Other musicians taking part in the star-studded project include the likes of Sheryl Crow, Colbie Caillat, Leona Lewis, Sean Paul, Johnny Rzeznik, Nicole Scherzinger, and Victoria Justice. “Many people turn a blind eye arguing that everything is okay environmentally. The song reminds us that having ownership of our world means taking care of it,” said Bedingfield in a statement.
