Parts of city to get water at lower pressure on December 3 & 5

The Delhi Jal Board has issued an advisory that some parts of Delhi will get very low pressure water supply on December 3 and 5.

“Due to flushing programme of Underground Reservoir and Booster Pumping Station, water supply will be available at low pressure on areas like E-2 Sector-15, Rohini, Q-Block Mangolpuri, Mubarik Pur Village, D-1 Sector-15, Rohini, GH-4/356 SFS, Paschim Vihar,” said Delhi Jal Board in a statement.

Similarly, due to flushing programme of Underground Reservoir and Booster Pumping Station, water supply will be available at low pressure on December 5 in areas like Krishi Kunj, Harijan Basti and its adjoining areas, Naraina Gaon, command area of Kirti Nagar Reservoir, Naraina Vihar, Mayapuri, Todapur, Rajouri Garden, MES, Inderpuri I & II, AN Block Shalimar Bagh, D-2 Sector-15 Rohini, Kasabpura, Deputy Ganj, Slaughter House, Nabi Karim, Sadar Bazar, Telewara.

According to the Board spokesperson, concerned residents are advised to store sufficient quantity of water in advance as per their requirement. Water tankers will be available at telephone.
