Paratha Festival at Swissotel

 So, here is the good news, Swissôtel Kolkata Neotia Vista is presenting a 14-day-long ‘Paranthe Wali Gali Festival’. The parantha Festival which has started from September 12 will continue until September 25. Hence, one might still have chances to taste the lip-smacking parathas being served. 

Durbari, the contemporary Indian restaurant at the hotel, has come up with seventeen different types of mouth-watering parathas, which are served with other accompaniments. The menu boasts of Prawn parantha, Malabari parantha (Kerala specialty served with vegetable stew), Soya parantha (spicy soya bean filled parantha),' Arbi Ka Parantha (spiced arbi filled parantha), Chicken Tikka and Cheese paratha (Refined flour bread filled with spiced chopped chicken tikka and cheese), Warqi parantha,' Amritsari aloo parantha,' and Gosht Keema Parantha' among several other combinations. Traditional culinary delights of North India, these best varieties of parathas from across India are sure to satisfy your taste buds and leave you craving for more.
