Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed has alleged that the current political crisis in Pakistan was part of an “Indian conspiracy” to divert international attention from its ‘oppression’ in Kashmir. The political crisis in Pakistan – Pakistan Tehreek-i- Insaaf (PTI)’s call for PM Nawaz Sharif’s resignation over Panama leaks, protesters’ clash with police and the government’s aggressive response to the protests – were all affecting the Kashmir cause, he said.
