Overcast Friday in Capital, today to be similar

Delhi saw a overcast Friday with spells of rain in the morning and evening, while the maximum temperature was recorded 30.4 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season’s average. Met has forecast similar weather on Saturday.
“Saturday will be overcast from the morning onwards. Rain is likely in the evening,” said an
official of the India
Meteorological Department (IMD). The maximum and the minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 28 degrees and 18 degrees Celsius. Friday’s minimum temperature settled a notch above the season’s average at 19 degrees Celsius, while the amount of rainfall till 5.30 pm was 6.6 mm.
Thursday’s maximum temperature settled at 34.7 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season’s average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 21 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average.
