One killed as bike collides with bus in Janakpuri

In yet another collision between a cluster bus and a motorbike, one succumbed to injuries while another was severely injured in West Delhi’s Janakpuri on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Sumit and the injured as Sunil. Both were the residents of Sagarpur area. Following the incident, locals damaged the bus and police had to rush to the spot to bring the situation under control.

The incident took place around 11:40 am from the Desu colony where the duo, travelling on their motorbike, reached Pankha road. The speeding bus came from behind and hit the bike leaving them seriously injured. According to police, the accident happened due to failure in the brake system of the motorbike. A bus moving in front of them stopped due to which the biker lost control.
