Of rebellion and freedom

The story of  a motley crew of university students set out on a journey in pursuit of a mythical form of hash, confronting a series of encounters that begin to unravel the myriad realities of rebellion, after an award winning festival run throughout the US and Europe, M Cream is homeward bound. M Cream premiered in India at the Delhi International Film Festival on December 26 at the NDMC Convention Centre Connaught Place.

Starring Imaad Shah, Ira Dubey, Auritra Ghosh, Raaghav Chanana, Beatrice Ordeix, Tom Alter, Lushin Dubey and Barry John the film is directed by Agneya Singh, Aban Raza. The film won the Best Feature Film award at Rhode Island Film Festival (RIIF). 

The International film festival in New Delhi (DIFF -2014) started from December 20 and will continue till December27.  The eight day event showcased 250 films from more than 45 nations.

Started in the year 2012, the advisory board for this festival is headed by ‘Dada Sahab Phalke’ awardee Adoor Gopal Krishnan. 

Working closely with him are some of the greats of Indian Cinema namely  National award winning director Tigmanshu Dhulia, Anurag Kashyap, Anooj Kapoor, Mohan Agashe, Manoj Bajpai,  Shriram Raghwan, N. Chandra, Sandeep Marwah, Shailesh Loadha,, Arvind Gaur  with Jamal Shah and Satish Anand from Pakistan.
