Spandan Communications is organising a two days music and dance festival Sharad Utsav celebrating Indian classical music and dance on January 14 and 15, 6pm onwards at Kamani Auditorium, Copernicus Marg, in the Capital.
Vocal artiste Swarnima Gusain disciple of Kishori Amonkar and Sitar player Lakshay Mohan Gupta and Sarod player Aayush Mohan Gupta grand disciples of pandit Ravi Shankar will be performing on the first day of the festival on January 14.
Rashmi Khanna (Bharatanatyam) disciple of Kalyani Shekar and vocal artiste Sunanda Sharma Disciple of Girija Devi will be presenting their respective art forms on the closing day of January 15.
The curator of the festival Anshuman Pandey said that ‘this festival will bring in the musical warmth for the Delhi Audience and will provide comfort from the nail biting cold of Delhi.’
