Now, wellness to be part of education

With the aim to make students smart and presentable, CBSE affiliated schools will impart wellness and nutrition education to students of classes XI and XII in collaboration with beauty and wellness brand VLCC, under the Government’s National Vocational Education Qualification Framework (NVEQF) programme, said CBSE chairman Vineet Joshi.
The course module is being designed jointly by CBSE and VLCC. The training is to be provided in schools across 13 states including Punjab, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
