Not scared of competition: Govinda’s daughter

 Tina Ahuja, daughter of actor Govinda, is making her Bollywood debut in Second Hand Husband and the newbie actress is confident about creating her own space in the Hindi Film industry.

Tina said she is not scared of the competition and is following her father’s advice.

“I am not scared of the competition at all. My father told me, ‘You do your work and don’t get caught up in the competition’. I will follow just that,” she told PTI. Directed by Smeep Kang, Second Hand Husband also stars Punjabi singer-actor Gippy Grewal and Dharmendra. 

Tina said she was “very nervous” to work with the veteran actor but was thankful that she did not have to give many re-takes. “Dharmendra sir has been my parents’ idol. I grew up listening about him and idolising him too. So, when I was working with him I was very nervous.” The actress, who changed her name from Narmada to Tina, denied any numerological reason behind <g data-gr-id="24">adapting</g> a new moniker.
