Not Adult but Naughty Comedy

“Horror adult comedy is when the audience laughs while the actors are terrified on screen,” said the trio Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani who were present in the national Capital for the promotions of Great Grand Masti.

They had come together for the first time in 2004 in the film “Masti” and since then they had made us laugh in the sequel Grand Masti and are coming back to tickle our funny bone in Great Grand Masti again.

“This time we have tried to make it more family oriented. So we won’t call it an adult comedy but a naughty comedy would be right word for Great Grand Masti, said Aftab Shivdasani, whose ideas in the films always land his friends in trouble. This time they are stuck in a haunted house where they come across gorgeous Urvashi Rautela.

While the movie retained the same male cast, including Riteish Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani and Vivek Oberoi, Urvashi Rautela has come on board this time. Urvashi, who shot to fame shaking legs with Yo Yo Honey Singh in the song ‘Love Dose’ is just 2 films old but isn’t afraid of taking challenges, who is playing a ‘virgin ghost’ in the film. From the trailer of the film, it looks like the third part of the Masti franchise too will be full of madness and fun with enough doses of adult jokes.

The film will apparently have a number of ambiguous jokes, which might make one roll over the floor laughing. Riteish Deshmukh who had worked with director Indra Kumar in five films called their relationship as that of an elder and younger brother.

“This is the funniest film among all the films that I have done. It is a horror comedy that we have explored in this third installment, making it the first of its kind in Bollywood,” said Riteish.
