No proposal to ban liquor: govt

Delhi government on Friday said that it does not have any proposal to ban liquor in the national Capital. “We do not have any proposal to impose a ban on liquor in Delhi as of now,” Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia told the Delhi Assembly. Sisodia’s comment came after Rajouri Garden MLA Jarnail Singh demanded the ban on liquor in the national Capital.
