NGT asks govt to find ways to avoid traffic jams in S Delhi area

The National Green Tribunal on Tuesday directed the Delhi government and the police to inspect Panchsheel Park in South Delhi and find ways to avoid massive traffic congestion in the area. A Bench headed by NGT Chairperson Justice Swatanter Kumar pulled up the Delhi government and the civic bodies, including DDA and Municipal Corporation, for not devising an effective plan to decongest the area.
