Neymar can surpass Messi: Romario
Brazil striker Neymar is on track to surpass Argentine goal-poacher Lionel Messi in football’s list of all-time greats, according to former Barcelona and Brazilian star Romario. Now a senator in Brazil, Romario predicted the 22-year-old would remain at the top until at least his mid-30s. ‘He has everything it takes to be better than Messi. Messi has already created history for what he has achieved. Neymar could also do that but in a way that is more complete. Messi might not even have one more World Cup in him and Neymar has the capacity to play in three or four World Cups,’ Romario said.
