Network18 Media Q4 loss at Rs 3.7 cr

Network18 Media and Investments Ltd on Wednesday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 3.70 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2016. The company had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 10.58 crore during January-March last fiscal. Total consolidated income from operations during fourth quarter of 2015-16 stood at Rs 902.93 crore, up 7.31 per cent, as against Rs 841.42 crore during the same quarter of last fiscal. For the financial year 2015-16, Network18 Media reported a consolidated loss of Rs 34.68 crore. It had reported a loss of Rs 1,059.9 crore in the previous fiscal. Total consolidated income from operation for the year under review was Rs 3,403.31 crore. It was Rs 3,126.56 crore in the financial year 2014-15. Shares of Network18 Media closed 4.09 per cent up at Rs 44.55 per scrip on BSE.
