NDMC to take legal action against toll tax contractor

The director of local bodies has directed the commissioner of North Delhi Municipal Corporation to file a legal suite against toll tax contractor as he has demanded for a waiver of the toll tax Rs 4.25 crore claiming losses as the Pubjab and Haryana high court made Delhi-Gurgaon toll plaza free for vehicles in November 2012. DLB also directed NDMC to pay SDMC its share of Rs 86 crore.
