Pulwama attack: Indian envoys to Pakistan, US meet Rajnath

New Delhi: India's High Commissioner to Pakistan Ajay Bisaria and Ambassador to the US Harsh Vardhan Shringla on Wednesday met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh here.

The meetings come in the aftermath of the February 14 suicide attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama that killed 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) troopers.

Bisaria was called back to Delhi for consultations after the Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) claimed responsibility for the attack.

According to sources, discussions on counter diplomatic-offensive against Pakistan were held during the meetings.

After his meeting, Bisaria said Indian Ambassadors were in touch with other countries.

"I have nothing to add," he said.

The sources however, said that to expose Pakistan's lie on Pulwama, the government is preparing a dossier which is likely to be shared with all countries which have condemned the terror attack.

The meeting with the envoys comes a day after Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan rejected his country's involvement in the attack and said if India provides actionable evidence, his government would act.
