This edition of Yoga festival is unique in its own ways as it celebrates the golden jubilee year of the 'The Beatles' visit to Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. In February 1968, this legendary rock band came to Rishikesh to learn transcendental meditation at the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's ashram, locally known as Chaurasi Kutia. That stint out to be one of the most creative in 'The Beatles (White Album) and two more in Abbey Road.
To celebrate the 50 years of their visit, UTB has invited a mock Beatles band from London named 'Fab Four' to pay tribute to the iconic band. They will be performing from March 4 to March 6, giving the guests a taste of Beatlemania.
