CRPF holds workshop on prevention of cancer

New Delhi: India's largest armed police force, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Group Centre, Greater Noida has organised a workshop on prevention of cancer on World Cancer Day on Tuesday.
The workshop was organised by CRPF Family Welfare Association in association with Sahyog NGOs and Indian Cancer Society, where officers, jawans and families were participated.
The workshop was inaugurated by Sunil Joon, DIGP and highlighted the importance of the workshop in order to fight against the global cancer epidemic. The speakers delivered lectures in depth to save millions of preventable deaths by raising awareness and education about cancer disease. On the occasion DIGP Range Greater Noida, K Thomas Job, president Regional Family Welfare Centre, Babita Joon, Commadant 235 Bn, Satish Kumar, CMO(SG) and members from Indian Cancer society were participated.
