Baghel campaigns for Rahul in Amethi

Amethi: Congress leader and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, and party colleague Pramod Dubey led a roadshow in Amethi on Monday. A large of people took part in the show.

During the roadshow, which was a part of Congress campaign before next phase of Lok Sabha election, Baghel walked with people while appealing to vote for Rahul Gandhi. He also addressed a gathering after the road show.

He said that the people of Amethi loved Gandhi family very much and he believed that people would keep that love alive. They would press the button in favour of Rahul Gandhi, he added.

Taking a dig at Bharatiya Janata Party, Baghel said, "The BJP does not talk about development anywhere. Wherever Modi goes, he talks about nationalism. And now, Modi claims that he belongs to backward cast. The Prime Minister who changes his colour like a chameleon, talks about going into Pakistan and killing terrorists. But he should tell us, what was the intelligence system doing when our soldiers were attacked in Pulwama."

Meanwhile, Pramod Dubey said, "Modi sahib can speak anything for votes. Because all the promises made by him have been left unfulfilled."
