Murder accused shot dead by men on motorbike

On Sunday, a man was shot dead by miscreants near the Bindapur police station in south-west Delhi’s  Uttam Nagar.
The incident took place at Roshan garden near the Bindapur police station at approximately 10:30 pm. None of the accused have been arrested yet.
The victim has been identified as Naveen.
He was accused in a murder case three months back, and was release on parole from Tihar Jail few days a go.

Naveen was going somewhere with his friend on Sunday night when four unidentified men came on a motorcycle and attacked with him with a glass bottle, opened fire.
The victim was shot on his shoulder and rushed to the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital at Hari Nagar.
‘The motive of the attack seems to be obvious, as Naveen was a well-known criminal and this seems to be the work of some rival criminal gang,' police officials said.
A case of attempt to murder under several section has been registered in the Bindapur police station. Officials are investigating the matter and are on the look-out for the accused.
