Mukarba Chowk-Panipat stretch to be converted into 12 lanes

 The 70-km stretch of road between Mukarba Chowk to Panipat will be made into a 12-lanes one with an estimated cost of Rs 2128.72 crore as the Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari approved it in a meeting with Haryana CM, Manohar Lal, on Friday. The Haryana Finance Minister Captain Abhimanyu and Public Works (Building and Roads) Minister Rao <g data-gr-id="14" style="color: #3b3b3b; font-size: 11px; background-color: white;">Narbir</g> Singh were also present in the meeting. This road will boast of 17 minor bridges in addition to ten new flyovers and 15 major road junctions. The ongoing development projects of Haryana were also reviewed in the meeting.
