Media centre at NIOS inaugurated by Raju

Union minister for human resource development MM Pallam Raju inaugurated the new media centre developed by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) on Tuesday.
The centre has been developed by NIOS in a bid to make the teaching and learning process more effective. The audio and video programmes produced by NIOS are significant components of the multi-channel package offered by the institute. A state of the art audio studio was inaugurated by the minister of state for HRD Shashi Tharoor.
The setting up of the studios by NIOS is a step in the direction of building its own infrastructure to produce quality audio and video programmes to supplement its self learning material and development of multimedia packages. Â
