Maruti Suzuki launches Alto’s ‘800’ avatar

Maruti Suzuki has unveiled its best seller Alto in a new avatar 'Alto 800' in Mumbai where it is fresh looking, roomier, over 15 per cent more fuel efficient and even better ‘geared’ for Mumbai city’s conditions.
Maruti Suzuki MD and CEO Shinzo Nakanishi described the new Alto 800 as stunning good looks, refined driveability combined with superior fuel efficiency of 22.74 kmpl, besides the availability of CNG variants adding to Alto’s attraction.
He said that Maruti Suzuki along with its vendors have invested over Rs 470 crore towards developing the Alto 800 at the Gurgaon facility.
