Mango Cheese cake
Ingredients : 
Merry Gold Biscuit 10 Each
Oreo Biscuit 5 Each
Butter 50 Grams
Cream Cheese 300 Grams
Sugar 90 Grams
Vanilla essence Few Drops
Whipped cream 200 Grams
Fresh mangoes 4 Each
Mint Sprig 1 or 2 to decorate
Gelatin 3 Sheets  

Method :
Crush oreo and <g data-gr-id="33">marie</g> gold biscuit add melted butter and mix well. Spread the biscuit base at the bottom of flat glass bowl and press tightly. Mix cream cheese sugar and vanilla together until light and fluffy, dissolve gelatin in little water add into cream cheese mix add sweetened whipped cream and mix it well peel and cut 1 mango in small cubes add into the <g data-gr-id="34">cheese cake</g> mix pour this mix over the biscuit base and refrigerate for few hours.  When set decorate the <g data-gr-id="36">cheese cake</g> with <g data-gr-id="35">slice</g> mangoes and mint sprig.
