Man seriously injured after being shot at near mall

A man has been shot at and seriously wounded near the busy Jasola Mall in Delhi’s South-east district. The man has been identified as Aleem Khan, a collection agent for Vodafone. The incident happened around 7 pm on Tuesday when he came to Jasola along with his friend. 

According to sources, Aleem Khan came to Jasola along with one of his friend and suddenly the assailant opened fire at him. Aleem got a bullet injury in his head and was immediately rushed to the hospital. The exact reason why he was shot at is still not known. Police sources believe it could be a case of personal enmity. “ The victim has been shifted to Apollo hospital where he is undergoing treatment and we are trying to arrest the accused” said a senior police officer.
