M L Khurana operated on, stable, say docs

Former Delhi chief minister Madan Lal Khurana, who had been admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on Thursday following brain haemorrhage, underwent a brain surgery for controlling the bleeding inside the right side of his brain. Doctors attending to him said on Friday that he is stable and out of danger.

According to Dr. D S Rana, 'Currently Khurana is in the ICU and his vital parameters are showing improvement'. 'His blood pressure has settled. He is showing spontaneous activity in all four limbs and is responding to the treatment. If this improvement continues, we may shift him from the ICU in three-four days.’
