LS resolution condemns Pak attack

The Lok Sabha on Wednesday passed a resolution condemning the Pakistan National Assembly for passing a resolution against India for the LoC firing. It also condemned the attacks at the LoC by the Pakistan army. The resolution said that Jammu and Kashmir, including parts forcibly and illegally occupied by Pakistan, is an integral part of India.

It further said India hoped that Pak will abide by the ceasefire commitment on the LoC and international border in letter and spirit. Earlier Wednesday, minister of state for parliamentary affairs Rajeev Shukla said that the union government was preparing a resolution against Pakistan after Islamabad passed an anti-India resolution.
