Lohan sues news channel for drug claim

Actress Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina Lohan have sued a news channel’s TV host Sean Hannity and commentator Michelle Fields for defamation.
The 28-year-old and her mother filed the papers in Manhattan Supreme Court Monday, claiming Fields “falsely, inappropriately and shockingly stated, unequivocally and as a ‘matter of fact’ that Lindsay Lohan’s mother is doing cocaine with her”, The comment made on Feb 4 last year during which Hannity and his guests were discussing celebrities who had died of drug overdose.
