Method: Prepare a marinade by combining the olive oil, lime juice, chopped garlic, basil leaves, orange zest, salt, and pepper. Pour half of the marinade over the fish and refrigerate for 10-15 mins.

Pre-heat the grill and place the fish fillets over the grates and grill for 2-4 minutes on both sides.
Stir remaining marinade and drizzle over the fish and serve with avocado salsa. Season with salt , pepper, lemon juice and serve.

Ingredients:

Trout fillet4 nos
Lime juice1 nos
Basil leaves8-10 nos
Garlic cloves2 nos
Orange zest Quarter orange Olive oil15ml
Saltto taste
Black pepper2 Gms

For avocado salsa:

Method: Peel and remove the pit from the avocadoes. Mash avocado with the help of a fork in a bowl and stir together with remaining ingredients.

Lemon juice½ lemon
Coriander1 tbsp
Olive oil    20 ml
Green chilly1nos
Saltto taste
