Life Time Achievement Award for sugar industry titan C B Patodia

C B Patodia has been awarded Life time Achievement Awards by Former President of India Pratibha Devisingh Patil, and Sharad Pawar in 74th Annual Convention Programm of Sugar Technologist Association of India ( STAI), a technical wing of the sugar industry here. 

C B Patodia popularly known as 'Chandu Babu' who joined Birla Group of Sugar Industries, in 1967 as a managment trainee at one of its unit at Narkatiaganj in the State of Bihar. 

Because of his dedication and devotion towards work, he was promoted several times by the management. He has associated himself in almost all the departments of the sugar industry whether it be cane managment, commercial or technical.  He was honoured in 1974 with a Gold Medal from the Government of India for achieving the highest per acre yield of sugarcane.
