Laxman moves closer to representing India in World U21 snooker

National junior champion Laxman Rawat of Delhi is moving closure to representing India in the World Under-21 Snooker Championship slated to be held in Wuxi, China from July 14 to 21 after finishing on top amongst the five campers in contention here on Saturday.
On the first day of the camp, Laxman has won all his three matches, including a win over number three Lalrina Renthlei of Mizoram.
He has another match to go on Saturday against Himanshu Jain of Andhra Pradesh.
In Saturday's matches, Laxman defeated M L Lakshman, Lalit Dahiya and Lalrina.
Incidentally, Laxman had lost to Lalrina the final of the SVS All India Invitation snooker tournament here last night.
