Woman found dead in Nadia

Kolkata: Mystery shrouds the death of a 22-year-old woman whose body was found hanging from the ceiling at her house at Nadia's Dhubulia on Tuesday. The victim Shiuli Saha (22) was a third year student from a nearby college. Her family members told the police that she went to sleep at her room on Monday night. On Tuesday morning she did not open the door despite repeated knocks on the door. Finally the family members broke open the door to find her body hanging from the ceiling fan. Police reached the spot and recovered the body which was later sent for the postmortem. Police suspect that she might have committed suicide after being jilted in love affairs.
