Two held for making fake website

Kolkata: The detective department of Kolkata Police arrested a Nigerian national and his accomplice on charges of creating a fake look-alike website of a private hospital based in Rashebehari Avenue. "David Uzoma Ubah (37) of Lagos, Nigeria and his aide Ramara Devalaya of Nagenahalli, Bengaluru were arrested from the later's Bengaluru residence acting on the complaint of Mohit Arora of the private hospital that specialises in kidney treatment," JCP (Crime) Vishal Garg said. David had created a fake look-alike website by using the original logo of the hospital to give an air of authenticity. An advertisement was made without the consent and knowledge of the concerned authorities, asking for kidney donations where donors would be 'compensated' by the hospital itself. It has attracted much disgrace and criticism to the original hospital authorities. Even another advertisements was made in a different website with the same plea of kidney 'donation' mentioning a mobile number with a name of a doctor, claiming to be working in the Rashbehari hospital.
