Trinamool Youth Congress to hold rally on November 13

Kolkata: The Trinamool Youth Congress will hold a rally at Rani Rashmoni Avenue on November 13. All India president of Trinamool Youth Congress and other senior leaders of the party will be present at the meeting.
However, Trinamool party chief Mamata Banerjee will be away in England on the day of the meeting.
BJP will hold a rally at the same venue on November 10 where the main speaker will be Mukul Roy where he is likely to explain the main reason for his quitting the party. Since Roy resigned from Trinamool's MP's post and primary membership, he has not said anything about the main reason that forced him to quit the party.
In the press conference at BJP state headquarters on Monday, Roy had urged those who want change in Bengal along with its development to join BJP.
He has claimed that before leaving the party he had spoken to a large number of Trinamool leaders and workers who have expressed solidarity.
Political experts said Trinamool leaders will reply to the questions raised by Roy collectively from the dais and not individually as that often lead to confusion.
Neither Mamata Banerjee nor the party's secretary general Partha Chatterjee said
anything after Roy formally joined the BJP in New Delhi on November 3.
Roy has announced that he will not make any statement that maligns a leader but will speak against the policy of the party that has failed to bring development in Bengal and thus could not meet the aspiration of people.
