Traffic restrictions for Bidhannagar in place from today till June 11

Kolkata: The Bidhannagar Commissionerate has imposed restrictions on the movement of vehicles from June 8 midnight to June 11, to facilitate work on the underground pipeline at Bowlers' Den.

The U-turn at Bihar Warriors will remain closed. All Sector V bound vehicles will move through JK Saha crossing and no vehicle will be allowed to take the left service road flank at Bowlers' Den.

The vehicles would have to take the right flank from Bihar Regiment gate cutout and take left at Bowlers' Den to enter major Kolkata bound arterial roads.

All Sector V vehicles coming from Nabadiganta Flyover will take a U-turn at Nicco Park and will be able to reach Sector V through JK Saha crossing.

The police have also imposed certain restrictions for big vehicles due to Sector V Metro construction.
