It was learnt that the victim was returning home from Bamna Bazar on Sunday night when some miscreants stopped his way near a local mosque. The miscreants shot at him from a close range. The victim fell on the ground after receiving bullet injuries on his body.
After being attracted by the screams of the victim, the local residents rushed to the spot to find the victim in a pool of blood. The miscreants had fled from the spot before the local people arrived the spot.
