Saurabh Das to continue as OSD

Kolkata: Senior IAS officer Saurabh Das, who will be retiring on superannuation on March 31, will continue as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the rank of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department and the Panchayats and Rural Development department. Das, an IAS officer of the 1986 batch, is now posted as the ACS of the PHE.
Manoj Pant, presently the Principal Secretary of Land and Land Reforms and refugee Relief and Rehabilitation department, has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary of the PHE department.
Chhoten D Lama, CEO of State Rural Livelihood Mission, has got the additional charge of Secretary of the Panchayats department.
