Eden group to come up with affordable homes

Eden Realty group has launched the affordable housing project called Solaris Bonhooghly.

Priced anything between Rs 9.95 lakhs and Rs 24.95 lakhs, these dream homes will have all modern facilities. The housing complex will provide green living to the residents by installing a 100 kW rooftop grid tied panels. This will help in reducing common electricity bills as it will generate about 10 lakh worth free solar electricity every year. Situated on Lakeview Park Road, Bonhooghly is close to Noapara Metro station and airport. Solaris Bonhooghly will have 276 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats in two G+12 towers. The total investment for the project is around Rs 40 crore. Malay Kumar Ghosh has made the architectural design.

The project will have 11,000 square feet of rooftop community space, activity centre with gymnasium, games room, adda zone, swimming pool, children's play area and a senior citizen's corner. The 4 sides/ 3 sides open flats will ensure abundant light and air in all cross-ventilated rooms. The in-wall hanging wardrobe space in every bedroom will give the residents the luxury of using the floor space more efficiently. Ramps will be available in specific areas for easy access of specially-abled people.
