IPS cadre sees reshuffle in state

Kolkata: In a reshuffle in the IPS cadre in Bengal, Siddh Nath Gupta has been made the director of security. Gupta, an IPS of 1992 batch, was earlier posted as ADG and IGP of North Bengal and now he has become the director of security. Humayun Kabir, an IPS officer of 2003 batch, has become the DIG (Traffic). He was earlier posted as DIG Darjeeling Range. LL Doungel has been made ADG Planning. He was in compulsory waiting.
