Kolkata: The police have come to know about the whereabouts of a fake doctor who had been practicing as an MBBS doctor at his chamber at Raigunge in North Dinajpur for the past 15 years without a valid registration. The accused has been absconding and police are conducting raids to nab the accused.
Police came to know that the accused Ranjan Tarafdar, a resident of Bhupalpur area of Raigunge, had been running a chamber for the past few years without being a doctor. The police also came to know that the accused had failed to clear the Higher Secondary examination. He passed the Madhyamik examination in two attempts. Raids are being carried out at various places to nab the culprit.
