Digital revolution will move Bengal forward globally: Debasish Sen

Kolkata: Digital revolution will move Bengal forward globally, according to Debashish Sen, Chairperson HIDCO.

Sen inaugurated a unique festival showcasing an art exhibition with digital elements at the Arts Acre Foundation here today.
"It is an art exhibition with a difference, it is an art exhibition with a digital touch, and I have really liked it. I think digital revolution will move Bengal a bit forward globally," Sen said, appreciating the endeavour.
The festival organised by Seige Now hosted an exquisite variety of artist collections of a wide range of mediums, including valuable paintings from the rare collections of esteemed painters, 3D printing, and Augmented Reality.
Over 50 paintings from 15 artists were exhibited in the festival. It also provided a platform for Shishur Sevay, an institutionalized home for the differently abled, to showcase the beautiful art work of the children under their care.
A wine tasting session was also organised at the event, in collaboration with Sula Vineyards, to provide the guests with an unconventional setting to experience and understand the details of the fine art of wine making, that involves elaborate processes refined over the years.
